  • How long do FoxFern items take to ship?
    Most orders ship within 3 business days. Some exceptions include personalized, and items that run out of stock. We will reach out to you right away if this happens.
  • Can I rush an order?
    We can certainly TRY. If you want to bring our attention to an order, please pay for Expedited shipping at check out. Be sure to put a note in the notes section asking us to "Please Rush if Possible". We always look for these kind of orders, but as the Holidays get closer, we try to rush EVERYONE'S orders, and can't always accommodate. If your order depends on it going out BEFORE the committed time-frame, we may not be able to meet those needs. PLEASE make a note if your order is time sensitive and we will do our absolute best!
  • Where are FoxFern items made?
    Many of our postcards, cards, and notepads are made by hand in our NY studio, everything else is made in several locations in the USA. We specifically ONLY order from USA manufacturers, including our paper and packaging. The few mugs we offer are made in China and printed in the USA.
  • Why are my FoxFern postcards wrapped in tissue paper?
    Most of our FoxFern postcard packs 50 cards or more, are wrapped in tissue like little gift. Paper is the most ecologically responsible option. PLUS! It's like opening little gift to yourself when you receive your order. Small packs and economy postcards are packaged in cellophane bags.
  • Do you ship to your Northern Postie Fam in Canada?
    We would love to! However, we are still trying to set up an affordable way to do that and be in compliance with tariffs and shipping regulations. Currently we can send an order to Canada via USPS and Canada Post, however the prices for Postage are VERY high. We have shipped large office orders in one big box. If you would like to discuss an order to Canada, please reach out!
  • Do you take suggestions for new items and design ideas?
    We do! All of our items were created by talking with fellow carriers. If you have a suggestion, please message us! care@foxfern.com
