SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship in 3 days or less, unless there is a special exception for an item.  If there is a special exception, we will reach out to you right away.   All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, unless you pay for Priority Postage.  Priority Postage MAY reduce your transit time, but your order will still ship in 3 Days or less. 

SHIPPING TIME

We are Mail Carriers and yes, the PM truck issue is real. 

Buy yourself some time.  ORDER EARLY!

Mail is taking longer to travel to its destination than ever before.  This is because in many regions, the P.M. truck pick-up has been eliminated to reduce costs of operation.  That means, even if FoxFern drops something at the Post Office around lunch time, it waits around until the next day for pick-up.  This is true in EVERY OFFICE AND D.C. IT VISITS.

FoxFern only uses USPS.  So PLEASE order with plenty of time for transit.  We could use other carriers services, but FoxFern believes in our Postal People and we are dedicated to supporting USPS jobs!  Current USPS management will hopefully see that the lack of PM service is hurting Postal Customers, Mail Carriers and the USPS Reputation; PM pick-up needs to return!

Until then, give it extra time to get to you.  

RETURN POLICY

DID YOU...

 - Need to send something back from your order?

 - Get your order less than 14 days ago?  

 - Make sure it is unused and in good condition?  (Or never even opened the parcel.)

 - Know you are responsible for the cost of return postage?

If you answer YES to all of these questions: go ahead and send it back!  

 

We except returns within 14 days of delivery of the item.  Personalized, custom, special request items, or cards that were WRITTEN on, cannot be returned.

Refunds will be made once the item is inspected and found to be in good order; complete with minimal damaged cards. Opened packs are acceptable.  

​

Refund amount will be the price of the item at purchase, but postage charges/costs will not be refunded.

 

Kindly email us a heads-up at care@foxfern.com with your name and order number

so we can keep an eye out for it.

SPECIAL RETURN POSTAGE HINT:

If you DO NOT OPEN the parcel, you can write "Return to Sender" on the box and leave it in your mailbox.  USPS will bring it back to us, at no charge.  However, if you OPEN the box,  you must pay postage to send it back to us.​​
