This postcard is printed on a very textured paper that feels like a watercolor paper. This is the standard paper we use for our beautiful 5x7 greeting cards. Please note: The caliper on this card stock reads 14PT, but it's a thinner card stock than most of our Postcrossing cards, and only feels/measures thicker because of the texture. 
 
The sun is low over the water, disappearing into a peach-coral colored sky over a peaceful estuary.  A majestic white egret looks on from the bright green waters, oblivious to the little orange fish hiding under the lily pads.  In the distance, a graceful egret soars; calling to their friend to join them.
