This postcard can be used by ANYONE who knows someone, with the sweetest doggo in the world. The hand created artwork is in a dark green color, with motifs of fancy plants, borders, and multiple cute dog types, worked into the official looking certificate.
This is a large 5x7" size postcard, it will need letter rate postage.
