Blow the Candle Out, the Spirits Have Gone Home

My work with Rise of the Jack O' Lantern has come to an end, until next year!  Our East Coast studio went through 50.000 pumpkins, many of which were 100+ pounds.  ​

Here is a photo of me working at Old Westbury Gardens, on a Live Carve.  I wanted to make sure everyone, even the little ones, were able to get up close and see the detail.  Here I have the pumpkin on the ground, and I had to squat to work.  It was worth every moment, because the kids loved seeing the magic.
