Reflecting on a Precious Face

When is HAS to be perfect, you MAKE it perfect.

When I design a custom portrait necklace of someones fur-baby, I provide a hand illustration of the photo they provide.  In this case, I did 4 illustrations so the kitty's mom could be sure her necklace would always be a reminder of her baby and close friend.

I wanted to make sure I got those sweet cheeks just right, high and refined with age.  I wanted to make sure his eyes looked content, and not sleepy; those of an older man who had seen a lot and knew all.  I also wanted to make sure that the age spots on his nose were just right, because as a pet-parent these details become the signature of what makes your heart smile.
